This house is located in the northern Mitrovica, the main characteristic has the area of only and from it has received the name. This project represents a compact design where the entire object is treated as a minimalist
space. The building has white color with the exception of the entry
which is emphasized with blue color. In the middle of the front facade presented vertical opening for lighting which emphasizes the vertical object, while the side facades are clad windows with metal networks by means of which melt at the facade. The whole villa is raised to cm from the ground, creating the effect of stay in the air.
The internal organization of villa consistis a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and sanitary spaces.
