Marmo + Mac 2021 Visit

Following the Marmo+Mac Verona event, our studio visited Italy specifically for a new exhibition project, which involved the transition from material display to product display.

As one of the most popular events for building technology and machinery, and interior construction through ICE/ITA, we got the chance to meet new people and companies around the world.  This features different creative professionals in unscripted conversations that allow for thoughtful takes and personal discussions.

THE HILL HOUSE HAS BEEN FEATURED ON METALOCUS MAGAZINE

Our project The Hill House has been featured on Metalocus Magazine For Architecture, Art, Culture.

From the beginning of our studio it was important to design a villa that had to be contextualized so that the house would be stretched out and placed inside the location. By integrating the home with the terrain and handling the details to enhance environmental appreciation, this carefully positioned and developed design gains an outdoor treatment in a challenging location.

The project was influenced by the countless coastal villas that can be found on the Ulcinj coastline. “The Hill House” was simplified to pure geometric shapes and then manipulated and modernized to take advantage of the sea views.

The Hill House defines an urban front and height in order to benefit from sea view.

Our project TRIANGLO Lounge Bar has been featured on DG HOME

The challenge of this project, in addition to the many pillars in the bar, which I eliminate through interior design, was also to create a space that fits harmoniously with several components.

Works of art, colors and plants, are these three components that complement each other and harmoniously become one.

The chosen ceramic tile, called Araldica, handmade and designed by Italian designer Federico Pepe, gave the space another experience and feeling. The captivating effect of this tile, which has a perfect play of duality with a natural look and minimalist lines for its geometric compositions. It was the perfect choice to enhance the distinctive character of the interior design.

The space is enriched with the artistic works of our local artist Jakup Ferri, which is another element that contributes to make the space more friendly and lively, as well as more attractive to the customers of this restaurant.

CARNIVAL Featured on Archilovers

Our project CARNIVAL has been featured on Archilovers

Carnivals are lively festivities that at first glance might look the same everywhere however, they differ based on the location they are held in. This concept of carnivals was inspirational to the design of the Carnival brand stores. It was important that our design maintains its identity as the brand expands in different locations. Although the identity of the constant movement and the different elements as in a carnival will remain the same, it is planned that the chain of stores will have its own unique choice of colors and identifying elements.

With every task undertaken, our office always aims to create an interior design that embodies the identity of what it represents and at the same time promotes the work of local artists using them as part of our designs.

The feeling of constant movement within the space is given by the hanging tassels handmade by local saddle maker originally from Gjakova, Fehmi Vejsa. All tassels are handmade and especially designed for our interior.

Other identifying elements are the two colorful rotating lamps placed in the middle of the room designed by the local stylist Krenare Rugova.
