53.BUILD & MODERNIZE trade fair in Zurich opened its doors on September 8, 2022, where we attended as a team.
The fair served as an exhibition and networking event, while providing new work opportunities and connections between participant architects from all over the world. This event opened up discussions on current conditions of the construction trends and real estate industry, ensuring the participants have a lively experience learning.

Story Book 2022

It’s a special feeling to hold a copy of a book. The shine of the cover, the scent of the paper, and the ability to say, “We did this.”
The Store Book 2022, which includes new worldwide store concepts, has now been published.The German Shopfitting Association (dLv) publishes the book each year.
The excellent stores featured in the book for the first time are from countries that have never been represented before, and we are delighted to announce that our Project Carnival Albania has been selected for inclusion in Store Book for the first time.

This is a step forward to larger things ahead of us, and it leaves a mark with something fresh in our path.

Homme featured on different platforms

Our project Homme has been featured on different platforms.

Homme is a concept store known for its various options of clothing brands for men. The royal blue colored stairs, encircled by metal wires invite the visitor to check out the newly designed space. The floors are rendered in ceramic tiles, the walls colored in plain gray whereas the ceiling is made of corrugated metal sheets. To further emphasize the urban identity of the design, scaffolding was used to display clothes and to create other elements within the retail function of the store. A three-meter high mirror mounted within the scaffolding is a visual marker of the store as well. The mirror gives another dimension to the space due to its size but also due to the surprising effect of seeing a mirror staying perfectly put inside a scaffolding.

Our Project Kino”Hyrije Hana” has been featured on Pik Ark

Kino Hyrije Hana në qendër të Gjakovës u rikthye prap me një frymë të re pas 30 viteve. Funksioni që kishte më parë iu kthye me modernitetin e tanishëm duke I shtuar një vlerë të re qytetit.

Maden Group duke u bazuar në gjendjen në të cilën ishte kinemaja duke e ruajtur strukturën të cilën e kishte më parë ambientoi elemente të reja të cilat I japën gjallëri. Brenda sallës mbizotron ngjyra e kuqe në te gjithë hapësirën e cila ta jep ndjenjen e njëtrajtëshmërisë.

Që nga hyrja kryesore ku blihen biletat e deri tek hyrja brenda sallës është krijuar një ambient tërësisht që të shtyn të zbulosh se çfarë fshihet mbrapa derës kryesore duke ofruar një përvojë që shkon përtej asaj që ndodh brenda dhomës. Sot është pikë themeli i zhvillimit të kulturës dhe rinisë.

After 30 years, the Kino Hyrije Hana in Gjakova’s center reopened with a fresh energy. The purpose it formerly served has returned to modernity, providing fresh value to the city.

Based on the state of the cinema, Maden Group produced new parts that gave it vitality while keeping the structure it had previously. Inside the hall, the color red dominates the room, creating a sense of unity.

From the main entry where tickets are purchased to the entrance within the hall, a setting has been built that encourages you to find what is concealed behind the main door, providing an experience that extends beyond what transpires inside the chamber. Today, culture and youth development are intertwined.

Marmo + Mac 2021 Visit

Following the Marmo+Mac Verona event, our studio visited Italy specifically for a new exhibition project, which involved the transition from material display to product display. 

As one of the most popular events for building technology and machinery, and interior construction through ICE/ITA, we got the chance to meet new people and companies around the world.  This features different creative professionals in unscripted conversations that allow for thoughtful takes and personal discussions.
